The Smart-Way wall raceway kit solves the challenge when in-wall access is an issue. This kit allows you to route on the wall from the ceiling down to the baseboard and into the floor raceway. The wall raceway kit provides a solution for walls that are fire rated, brick, concrete, solid columns, exterior walls and walls with interior blocking.

The kits include aesthetically pleasing designer-style edging for the raceway. They are available in slate gray or aluminum finishes.

In-Feeds

The Smart-Way in-feed boxes aid in transitioning your cables from the raceway to the wall with four different options. We offer a low profile, high profile, on-wall feed and a wall feed rough in box. Our focus was to make a box that was not only functional, but also elegant, with its geometric form and defining angular lines.

Nested In-Feeds

Smart-Way's nested in-feeds and paralleled raceways allow you to run more power and data and stay ADA-compliant.

 The raceway provides three compartments of capacity and access to power, data and A/V connectivity options. The Smart-Way is a simple, affordable and effective way to clean up messy cables and wires.

Wire space isn't an issue with the Smart-Way system. The raceway has the capacity to hold (14) 12 AWG (.130" diameter) power conductors, and (9) CAT 5E (.215" diameter), or (5) CAT 6A (.250" diameter) data cables.

Each kit includes a 6’ base and cover, two couplers, moveable wire guides, raceway base edges, and a hex tool for installation. Additional raceway lengths are available in 3-foot, 1-foot and a three part (1', 2', 3') saw-less installation kit (See table on bottom for raceway length information).

Raceway Fittings & Corners

Changing direction with your cables along the floor now becomes seamless with our new raceway corners and fitting options. The two part tee allows cables to go in both directions to reach the required destination without any complications. Both outer power channels are used to deliver AC to each leg independently.

 

Need your cables to make a 45° or 90° turn? We now provide both a  45° and 90° corner in aluminum and slate to accomplish this task. The angled turn doesn't compromise the minimum bend radius of the cables, so your cables stay damage-free.

An added feature to these CE compliant device boxes is the ability to install a 45mm universal socket in the housing. Raceway Installation Accessories

The Smart-Way installation accessories are a new addition making installing, connecting to and routing cables to the raceway as smooth as possible. Whether you're looking to use a 2- or 3-Gang wall plate or a way to neatly feed your cables from the underside of a table to a Smart-Way device box. We now have product options that can do all that and more.  

The 2- and 3-Gang extension covers are an added component to the Smart-Way system, providing more space for extra-deep gang products.*Device Box sold separately

To keep cables protected as they feed-through the device box data passage  we offer a brush insert for the Decora opening.

The Block cable pathway can can now interface with a Smart-Way device box using our new mounting bracket kit. Kit includes both the moutning bracket and Block cable pathway. Cables can now be routed from the underside of a table down to a Smart-Way device box to maintain an aesthetic appearance.

The Smart-Way cover removal tool makes accessing and managing your wires within the raceway effortless.
