Masonry Project Wall Box

FSR's Project Wall Boxes for Masonry Walls provide a dedicated in-wall AV solution for flat panel displays installed in 8" block walls. The PWB-CMU8 is an all-metal masonry wall box designed to replace the front portion of one block, creating a cleaner finished surface with no visible jagged block edges when used with the optional paintable cover. It includes two opposing 2-gang compartments for power and low-voltage devices, making it a practical choice for displays, receivers, active wall plates, and other AV components in schools, stadiums, and commercial facilities.

The box includes 1", 1.25", and 1.5" knockouts centered for common two-hole CMU blocks, oversized compartments for cable storage and service loops, removable compartments for active brick receivers, and cover options including white, hinged, abandonment, and custom connector plate styles. The split metal cover can be overpainted, and the cable lash bar helps support exiting cables to reduce stress on wall plate connections.
