FL-400 Hinged Floor Box Covers

With a revolutionary box must come a revolutionary cover. We introduced the FL-400 covers to make ease of accessibility a priority. Our hinge design allows full toolless access to internal connector plates and stored cables, and the smaller hinged cable access door flips back to create an exit point for cables. When the floor box is not in use, the cover can be closed entirely, allowing unencumbered travel in the area with only the hand-mitered, elegant carpet edge visible. The low-profile edging is 1/4” or 1/2” high and is available in brass or aluminum.

For use with our FL-400 back boxes, this high-quality floor box cover has a 1/4" Brass Carpet Flange with our unique tool-less hinged U-Access door. The smaller hinged cable exit door flips back to allow the cover to remain in place after connections and cables are routed through it. The 0.25” and 0.5” raised edge style and solid covers are UL scrub water approved.
