The What: FSR is now shipping the OWB-500P, the newest addition to the company’s Outdoor Wall Box series.
The What Else: FSR’s new OWB-500P box features locking white doors as standard with color and decorative selections, including windows, offered upon request. Covers have “flip-up” cable entry doors so that the main cover can be locked once the cables are connected, and every OWB-500P is equipped with FSR’s enclosure box light—LITE-IT—for connecting in dimly lit areas. Custom interiors are available to meet each individual application.

Months back, after I had fully developed my second show techXchange (AV Power Up being the other) – a show designed to be about technology, news and trends with a measure of opinion inserted as well – I began to come up with a concept for a new podcast show. The show would exist on the “Edge of AV” as it would explore topics that affect the market from technology to media and more. Developed over a period of time, I decided to record a “pilot” of sorts as a tester to decide if it would become a regular podcast.

(whom I consider one of the very best industry marketing people) on with us, as well as George Fournier of FSR, Inc. WOODLAND PARK, N.J. - Nov. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Responsibilities Cover All Facets of Product Status

Woodland Park, NJ – FSR, an Adopter Member of the HDBaseT Alliance (http://www.HDBaseT.org/ ) and a leading manufacturer of a wide variety of products for the audio/video, education, hospitality, government, and religious markets, announces the promotion of Ken Heinis to the position of engineering project manager.  Jan Sandri, FSR president, announced the details from the company’s headquarters in Woodland Park, NJ.

In his new role, Heinis is responsible for driving production of all the company’s new, revised or upgraded products, as well as its custom projects. Heinis will also take a more active role in the scheduling and tracking of FSR’s development projects company-wide. He will ensure forecasts stay on target, and deadlines are met. In addition, he will continue to be FSR’s liaison to both UL and Intertek (ETL) product safety approval agencies and handle all product certifications as well as agency follow-up service inspections. He is also one of the company’s software testers for the Flex control line, and teaches the weekly Flex Training Classes.
