Our FLH6 floor box series is a high-load capacity box for environments where appearance and performance matter. The FLH6 box bottoms are customizable for low—and high-voltage needs. These floor boxes are designed for high-traffic areas where heavy equipment such as forklifts, automobiles, scissor lifts, and portable stages is used.
The FLH6 has two stock depths and is available in many others. All have configurable gang plates using standard-size openings and high-capacity compartments. The internal brackets can be customized for power, audio, video, telecommunications, and data.
The FLH6 covers are rated at 20,000* pounds, making them highly durable for any work area. All covers are over 1” thick, T6061 Aircraft Aluminum, and have an Anodized Finish. The solid surface covers have a non-slip attractive crosshatch texture. The carpet covers have a .19” pocket to accept today’s carpets or commercial vinyl inlay. Surrounding the pocket is an attractive fine-grained finish. All covers are equipped with two large-capacity cable exit doors. Both covers open 190 degrees and are opened by simply lifting the FSR U-Access handle. The floor boxes meet the UL scrub-water testing standards.
Note: When this box is used on grade, it should be encased in concrete to prevent contact with the grade. To ensure compliance, we recommend using the FSR Pour Pan Accessory.

The FLH6-30-5 has a total depth with a cover of only 4.9”. With its six possible compartments that are “pre” and“post” pour “transformable” along with the provided and optional brackets and dividers, the box is perfect for power and data applications. The box's four main compartments can be populated with the provided two duplex, two décor, and 1 6-opening IPS, along with an optional extra depth décor bracket. The two side compartments can be populated with three different types of brackets sold separately. Other semi-custom depths are available, and all boxes are UL-listed.

The FLH6-65-7 floor box bottom is a 12-gang “transformable” box bottom. The internal brackets can be arranged to provide numerous options for both high and low-voltage standard gang openings making it the most flexible and easiest to install floor box available. Removable center dividers make passing cables through the various compartments a snap.
The box includes all the necessary internal plates and brackets to make “pre” and “post” pour compartment changes quick and easy. Using this system, high and low-voltage gang configurations, and compartment isolation can be implemented “on the fly.” This makes just about any cabling/connector scenario possible.
