Designing Low Voltage Technology for Infrastructure Spaces is an overview course created by FSR on the infrastructure that are required for today’s low voltage systems based on industry standards to educate architects on new technologies in almost every application in today’s & future and current building designs. No prerequisite knowledge required. Learning Objective 1: Attendees will learn to be able to identify low voltage systems impact on the performance of buildings and how they can benefit occupants. Learning Objective 2: Recognize the importance of a partnership with low voltage, audiovisual consultants, or engineering firms early in the design discussions with clients. Learning Objective 3: Define cable management solutions that are used in floor, wall, ceiling, and furniture applications that are unobtrusive and meet the aesthetics requirements of the space. Learning Objective 4: Participants will have a strong knowledge on how to present to their clients the improved user experiences being created by designing the correct infrastructure required for today’s technology.
